I am aggrivated…bought lights front and rear used and due to my being cheap and mustang parts being dime a dozen…housings have cracks in them.
What kind of glue/repair can I do to make sure water doesnt get into the lenses?
caulk should work, do you have pics?

Auto stores sell clear RTV silicone
I’ve had good results with niteshades in the past, so it should do the trick.

I have a few tubes of that silicone stuff auto stores sell for repairing cracked lights if you want it, i have no immediate need for it.
And you should pull a Skunk and get Altezzas

RTV would work but I have used 5 minute epoxy before without any issues. It usually comes in a side-by-side tube for around 8 bucks.
Update:
Trans is out for rebuild.
Will order centerforce DF clutch when the trans come back.
Have aluminum driveshaft ready for install.
Have everything but a fender for parts.
Target is May 17th at the Spring Meet.

Transmission is just about done.
Need to order the clutch.
Still keeping fingers crossed for May 17th

whens the Z gonna be done!
Z might be perma shelfed. When I pulled the wheels off I found some pretty nasty rust on the rear frame of the car which infuriated me as i kept picking at it and more and more kept flaking apart. I have to decide what to do with it…It is already a salvage title car and worth nothing to just about anyone else so I may be forced to look for a donor car and move all of my suspension/brakes/interior over to.
I dont want to think about it lol
