Honestly for what it’s worth I think it’s worthwhile to fix up. Besides the theft issue, looking at the car it seems quite solid. As it stands the car needs just mostly minor, and easily obtained items to make it 100% and towards the end he’ll have what he’s looking for.
Besides the history of abuse the car seems rather solid otherwise. And he got some nice pricey mods with it to boot.
