Oh yeah! It is a tight one. I should have mentioned I posted the pics to show the space constraints I was working with. Finding a rad/fan combo to fit and build around was a nightmare. I had to modify it quite a bit also. Luckily I can weld aluminum. That crossover will need to be ceramic coated and probably wrapped as well to not damage the belt and fan. I also don’t love how the charge pipe is so close if you see the t-bolt clamp in the second last pic. Im trying to change that up some to gain an inch or so.
Great man. I see the WG flange on the cross over, do u have another one for the passenger side?
Is that a 44/46mm flange?
I’m using two Tial 38’s. Here is a better pic for you!
Looks good man
All back together and I am super happy with how the vbands fit on the hot side now. Siq! Moving on to the exhaust now. Got everything bolted back up tonight.
What’s with the huge hole?

That would be great! I am sure troubleshooting and such will take awhile though. I do plan to cage it before I turn it up also.
hahahaha
I would certainly sell it as long as the profit was there.
nice work, love that you’re DIY!
in for wheelies!
Thanks man. I am certainly learning a lot as I go so it takes me kinda of long but it feels great.

Fire it up already!
Maybe someday
Building a 4" exhaust on jackstands. Might throw some tools soon.
Put your legs back together. We got that exhaust under control.
Looks great so far, awesome progress! Are you doing aluminum charge piping?
:edit:
Never mind, just saw your pic of the intake side with the BOV lol, I’m dumb
