As I have said at least 3298479832759843279875982753925827 times. I might sell the 69 when finished. But only to replace it with something more modern/reliable. Like a C7 or 997T
That was the plan but Ryan did too good of a job with the paint. Now I really like the 69. So I will drive it awhile and see what I think.

Actually yes. I’m hoping to drive it sometime Saturday or Sunday. But there are a few small things left.
Also I have a tech question for some of you guys who might have seen this before.
I ran an electronic water temp gauge which is is reading from the passenger rear head
I have the ecu controlled temp gauge in the driver front. I did this so I could see temp at multiple locations
Now I am seeing about a 8-10* difference with the passenger rear reading lower. Air in the system still?
I guess the simple thing to do is switch locations. But im lazy. ha
Also on a positive note this car does not seem to be having the cooling problems the RX7 was plagued with. It will go to 192-194 or 182-184(depending on gauge) in the garage at idle and not go any higher even if I run it a long time. This is with no fan but the hood open. But I do need to test it with the hood closed.
I do have a 187* factory t-stat in there as well.
I can see the water picking up a few degrees in temperature as it circulates through heads and block. What’s your cooling system plumbed like?
That idles nice and cool…Mine is at like 199F generally at idle with hood closed.
