my ~$70 bead roller

Just the 12" bead roller kit from HF with some aluminum bar stock to support the end from twisting. Eventually Ill drill some holes in the bars for bolts, but this one job the clamps worked well.

Its sort of a bitch to guide the tubes and turn the crank at the same time, but luckily I have long arms.

Anyway some pics.

This setup will do mild steel 16ga tubing as well.

PS - welding pre-polished aluminum tubing sucks.

Dan

Looks like it put a really nice bead in there. Too bad I don’t have any charge pipes (yet) for you to roll!

looks good

good work

nice.

i am not a fan of ssqvs, though.

^ never had one. This stuff is for Brian’s integra, not my cav.

I run a turobxs bov.

nice work on the piping

The cavy is just sitting there waiting for me to get it running. Time has been hard to come by lately, especially since I cant run it after my daughters bed time :frowning:
