expensive rebuild so far?

i don’t even want to think about it… lol

luckily i’ve been able to do most of the work myself (except for the machine work on the block, and welding for the exhaust) otherwise it would not be possible…

there’s still so much to be done. I need to get a bigger intercooler, new plumbing…re-wire the ECU…proper knock detection… s4 bumper to fit bigger intercooler…paint for that bumper…new front axles…suspension is getting worn…etc

ya i was gonna say, thisssssss must be a pricey rebuild for sure. but props for doin it, i know i never could :meh:

+1 on keeping the stock appearance (minus the s4 bumper, obviously)

I’m excited to see this come together.
When you’re all done, you should post up a price tag, so we can all be like “daayyyummmmm that’s expensive”. :wink:

Sounds like a fun build. Does Megasquirt run along side the factory ECU? What happens to the Imobilizers, Guages, CEL?

for obd2 i put stock injectors and maf in and run on stock tune

mmm mmm, more more! This is very interesting for me, I have never really seen a build on one of these. Im sure they are out there obviously, but I have personally never looked into it. I like this though, keep em coming!
