it is sad that it happened… I guess i was not paying attention when i was shoveling snow cause i was in a hurry and I tore a muscle in my back… now the muscle is tense and pushing down on nerves and driving me nuts… oh well, a few more days and i will be good as new
i’m soooo glad my neighbor has a quad with a plow and does my driveway for me. I fucking hate shoveling snow.
I have scoliosis so back troubles are a way of life, but yea they do suck when it’s a constant sharp pain for a week. goto the gym and sit in the hot tub for a while, that usually works for me.
sitting is where the pain is, when i lay down its fine… i had to come to work today so bayer back is my savior today!

sound like you did what i did…trust me its not gonna go away in a week. i hurst my back last febuary. was lifting those rams you drive up on. I had them to far from my body and i lifted with my back and i instantly crumbled in pain. worst pain of my life. it sucked tryin to sit for a week. I still get that little nerve pain. I got a percription to get physical therapy at southside works but never went cause it went way, but then it came back. Go get checked out.
