no that would be teabagged, your ass got reamed cause you’re a fagort
I used to have terrible back problems regulary. Being a fatass didn’t help that I’m sure. One thing that has helped me prevent any back problems is to stretch. Sitting at a desk all day is one of the worst things for your back and I do it 8 - 9 hours a day most of the week. I’m sure a few of you guys here can relate. One weekend i spent at a soroity house they had one of those workout balls. Oh man those are great. You can stretch your back alot farther with those. When you lay back on it and roll back you can hear your back crack like a machine gun. Working out and stretching is key. I havent had a back problem in a few months since i started my regime. knock on wood.
Go see a Dr if you have insurance. get some carisoprodol or cyclobenzaprine and take it easy.
what blows my mind is, that i lift weights. i can lift a good amount with my back muscles and everything. i do excercises that specifically work those muscles… its just dumb luck i guess. oh well
yup, its just one wrong twinge and its all over. back/neck pain suxors
It’s not the amount you can lift, its your form. you could lift your back muscles till you are blue in the face, but if your form is off, you’re gonna get hurt
i did the same damn thing a lil over two years ago, moving rocks to build a pond. It goes away then comes back every once and a while, i just recently went to the orthopedic surgeon and he gave me some pills, that i never picked up, and physical therapy, which i never have time to go to. I have come to the realization that i am going to have to go to P.T. to get rid of this damn pain, if it dont go away in a week id reccomend goin to see someone, i tried letting it go away and its still hurts over 2 years later
pillllls are good
Brought this back from the dead rather than starting a new thread -
I did something to my back last weekend that really fucked me up. I don’t even know what it was. I hadn’t been doing anything strenuous or out of the ordinary. It just came on suddenly. After 4 days of agonizing pain I started to suspect maybe it was another kidney stone. (I’ve had 3 before) The pain wasn’t quite as bad as a stone, but a lot of the other symptoms and signs were there. I finally went to the hospital to get checked out and luckily it’s not a stone. I kind of wish it was though because the instant they come out, you feel a gazabillion times better instantly. Plus with a confirmed stone they would have loaded me up with meds pretty heavily. But they did give me valium and vicodin to ease my troubles until it heals… and there is no back pain on cloud 9.
Just wanted to share that and remind everyone that back pain sucks. Take care of your back!
I feel your pain. I am going to have back sugury this summer/ fall
i work at a chiro. office so i see this stuff all day
You will be very glad you did. Hubby just had surgery 2 weeks ago today on his lower back. He went in to the chiropractor first, and she said no way am I touching this, I want an XRay and an MRI so I can see what’s going on, and she gets the labs back and says, well let’s schedule you an appointment with a surgeon…
He had a herniated disk that fragmented. Part of the disk broke off and was pushing against the nerve that goes down the leg and calf. He was in excruciating pain. They went in, took the fragmented piece out, and closed him up 1 hour in surgery. 1 1/2 inch incision (just above his butt crack lol) The surgery immediately releived the pain, and he was walking 2 hours after surgery, released the same day. He is doing great now. They tell you 3 weeks for recovery but it’s more for the muscles etc that they moved around etc. No lifting more than 5 pounds, no bending or twisting, etc. He just needs to be smart…
Surgeon was Dr. Howard Senter, Chief of Neurosurgery at West Penn Hospital. Excellent surgeon.
I feel your pain too. Last week when I was at the beach, my back snapped and I was in excruciating pain. I laid around the rest of the day figuring I would take some Bayer and feel better. My mom has bad back problems, so I called her and she said the doc told her to lay flat on the floor and raise your legs up. I decided about 11pm to do that and after about 5 min on the floor it hurt too bad. So I tried to get up and couldnt. Long story short, after 45 min of me trying to get up and getting no further than almost on my sidel, my friend had to call 911 and get me an ambulance. I went to the hospital and they loaded me up with demerol (sp) and gave me a perscription for vicodin, flexeral, and 800 mg motrin. Shitty vacation makes for a funny story when I descibe it in my version. I hope you feel better, back pains are the friggin worst!!!
i live everyday with back pain, it sucks
