I guess I don’t post in the auto forums much, but figured I would share some stuff I’m working on. I keep busy with my job flyin, but still do a good bit of fab work. Here are some pictures of headers I made for my car and SCAPS SEMA car this year, The crazy intake is his for the show this year that I had a part in. Enjoy.

The front end of my car. If you see it, and its not stock, I built it. To include the rack, hand fabbed suspension, huge liquid to air intercooler, removable crossmember, aluminum oil pan…

2 in primaries on a SBC header are not easy to do. 321 stainless

Marks hand fabbed intake, you can see the headers, they arn’t bolted up, so yes they are not perfectly even

One of the headers i made for marks car, compared to the one for mine. Marks header has a 1 1/2 primaries with a 4to1 merge collector. You can see the size difference.

Vibrant makes the collector. I use alot of their stuff, and have been VERY happy with it all. Not a bad pary yet from the fabrication part of the catalog.

The intake wasn’t my idea, and because I was busy, mark tacked it all up. All the stainless was my design.

work looks top notch and great. however the intake plenum on the v6 look to be a touch small for a FI application. Did you CC the stock intake in comparison to the new fab’d intake manifold?
