i can’t beleive you can buy that for that price in or near a major city (ROC)
that house would be over $1M cdn anywhere near 250,000 people.
However, our taxes on a house that sizes, depending on city of course, is about half that.
a buddy is buying a $350k home and paying under $4k cdn. Mind you, he isnt even getting 1/4 the house you are getting.
i’ll buy something like that in a few years and expect to pay at least $800k outside the city.
