it’s not worth my time to go when you don’t have a good wheel/tire combo to get you some traction. it sucks leaving the line at idle, having to pedal 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and still spinning the first 600 ft of the track. i also believe i was in the 11’s sir ;).

this year i’m definitely running a slick and not messing around.

anyway, back on topic…should be a pretty good build, can’t wait to see the results with a trans that works!

How did you arrive at 526 whp? Excel spreadsheet road dyno from a log? I know a lot of guys have tried those. Obviously the numbers are arbitrary, but some people have had relatively repeatable results so it was good enough to spot improvements/losses.

I just used the dyno at Magnus to get numbers on an Evo we’re working on Saturday. It only took me an hour and 40 minutes to get there, but to be honest in traffic it’s a lot longer so you have to pick your time well. :slight_smile:

What happens when they ask you to sit in the car and put your hands on the wheel to see if your elbows are below the door bar? With that bar your elbows would have to be below your butt LOL.
