anyways- UPDATE: Bitch called my insurance company and said she was hurt and needed medical attention. After yesterday telling me she was fine, she got in an accident on sunday and was sore from that and she wasnt going to claim it.
So… I’m fucked with huge deductibles and damage to my car that my insurance company wants to be fixed.

I witnessed a street racing accident either four or five years ago and often wonder if the parties involved post on this site, or if anyone here knows about it- but I’ve figured I’d be better off not posting about it. 
could have told u this would happen. always call the cops and get a police report.

Sorry to hear Jenn, but I think that your insurance company will handle everything…hope it turns out OK. I don’t think you HAVE to have your car fixed if you don’t want it to be fixed :dunno:

On another note. We were not street racing. I think thats a silly suggestion. 
You don’t have to have their shop fix it, you do have a choice. You can get an estimate anywhere
