i’m a nurse so if you have any questions let me know and i can probably help you understand why and what it is. although reading your post it appears your very knowledgeable. but once again if i can help answer any questions feel free to give me a shout. your family will be in my prayers…God Bless, Ronda

Remember god wouldn’t give your family anything you guys couldn’t handle

thanks for the offer and for tellin me my inbox is full…I have been doing a lot of research about all this and it happens in only 1-2% of all bypass patients. he is still very critical but is stable and taking as the nurse put it baby steps forward. his heart is now beating on it’s own and blood presure is pretty good but it is still very touch and go. we are just praying and trying to help each other stay strong.

I am sure with you being a nurse how good the mercy staff is. honestly his ICU nurses are just awesome and I never realized what dedication it must take for them to do that day in and day out on 8 to 12 hours shifts. and example would be his nurse tonight finished at 7 for a new nurse to come work 7pm to 7am. the one that finished will have her first day off in 8 days tomorrow and all 8 were 12 hour days. I can only imagine how stressful and hard it must be for them and how much they have to be on their toes. so to you and all other nurses tell them I thank all of them.

thanks for all the concern everyone. we are just praying a lot and keeping faith in God to heal him. Like I said baby steps are what it is goin to take. the balloon pump will come out tomorrow as long as the night goes well so please keep praying for him because between today with them closing his chest, his heart working on it’s own and the pump coming out tomorrow he needs it. Thank you all again and please just keep praying
