sure was, i closed in jan and have been here since. she helped me out with the loan and gave me some money towards it as a graduation present since its close to the medical school. ive always loved the house, but there was no way w.o her help to come up with $350,000 loan, so for thanks i keep a good amount of her stuff here in the basement as well as her car on the property. seriously the basement is huge since its a ranch, michelle’s tires are here in addition to 5-6sets of my own. Its on a little more than 3/4 acre right by the golf course, but i finally decided to stop f*cking around with the stock market last summer. I got scared straight when I would lose $10g a day with intel, so when i broke even 4months later i decided real estate was better. Once i sell my condo in florida (hopefully by june) i should have a decent chunk to pay the home loan. (Gotta thank my aunt though for selling it to me, there were 2 other buyers but she took a hit and sold to me for cost). lol perrin i do have a job, i dont tell michelle everything
carpets will need replacement for sure. this place needs retrofitting and a nice cushy pad to go under it.

You know, the first time I read that post, I was a little pissed about the lies…but the more I read it, the more I realize how ridiculous it sounds. I realize you are a little pissy about the poor choice in buying an overpriced house during a bad housing market and economy. Maybe if you had more economic sense you wouldn’t be loosing $10k a day on the market…
