1999 Vulcan 1500, got it dirt cheap from the Girlfriends father.
Im having my father repaint it, i dont like the blue, its going to be midnight blue, with some sort of flames, ill get more ideas tommorow at the bike blast.
I actually like the color. I do however see the deep blue looking better. :tup:
it actually looks ok, the light blue, but the painter didnt put enough clear on it, and it shows. so i figured id just let my father have at it to see what he come up with.

I dont see nothing wrong with that color…The only thing i would do is take that, (WINDSHIELD) lol, windscreen off…Other than that is fucking Hottt…

yeah shield is coming off, the only thing i dont like about the paint is the painter skimped on the clear way too much, and it shows big time, but since my father can do a custom job for me free, i might experment. Also im taking off the pipes and getting 2 of them instead of the 2 into 1. They sound awesome but i like the 2 instead.
- For those of you who have riden with a windshield… you know how much more comfortable it is.
- For those of you who have ever seen a bike w/o a windshield you know how much better it looks.
Keep the windshield in your garage… makes it easier on long cruises.
