My New Car. :) :) :)

He’s just a hater. Nice car bruce! Too bad you never got to take me for a spin in your ka-t :frowning: But you better take me for a spin in your skyline! Congrats on the new baby!

awesome!!! congrats X 50000!

Gota luv friends. :stuck_out_tongue:

Seriously though thanks guys, it’s always great to know who’s got your back.

Anyway as promissed here are some clearer pic’s. I was so busy today that it was’nt till around dinner time but at least there was light. The car cleaned up really nice (considering it’s original paint) and I was pleasently surprised. I know a good detail job will make her look even better. Also the words on the windsheild have since been removed as well, just not when I took these.

Hope you like.

Take care everyone.

Easy 8)

Once again,

Hope you took it for a spin today (at least away from salt roads). Was some beautiful weather.

Good times ahead.

 , you kill me G. :stuck_out_tongue:

But yeah after I reset the ecu, bottle of injector and octane boost there was a noticable difference in the starting, throttle response and power, I was one happy guy  . I took her for a really nice drive all around the city and it was great and gas mileage was’nt bad either. I got over 260km’s from just under 1/2 tank which is’nt bad at all for 6cyl.

nice .
Now you make me want to get 1 also , just let me know how to insure this think I am may go pick 1 up also .
If I do pick one up , it will most likely not be my daily driver , I still can’t process the fact of driving on the right side in Toronto

like everyone esle, I wanna congratulate you on your car  I love skylines and I’m 100% sure that I’ll get one in the near future.

I’m just not sure about one thing… let’s say something breaks down, where would I take it for someone to look at it? Does anyone actually know any shops around GTA that work on skylines or have worked on skylines before? Also, parts availability is another issue. Would Nissan be able to order them from Japan, and would they even want to ?

nice car man, take good care of it and dont leave it anywhere haters have acess to it lol, give it a good home, and drive it responsibly (whatever responsible driving means to you  ) congrats!

Man that is a really amazing car its my dream to own one of those cars…

im making a “skyline savings account” hahahahaha im determined that

after my s13 i want to buy 1 of those im excited to see your new car at

niagara please tell me your gonna be there

NICE dude…thats awsome

Hey guys.

Ok Francis - Insurance is’nt that big of a deal actually. There’s a few companies that will do it and price depends on your driving and insurance record. You can also insure it under a 19A policy in which your rate is determined by the appraisal value. So you do have options. It’s only taken me a day of driving to get used to it, now it’s like normal to me. As a matter of fact it felt weird when I was driving the family van today.

Lith - Parts are’nt really that big of deal. If you get one through Gabe he ONLY buys top quality cars and most likely you won’t have any real issues. The Nissan dealership in Whitby can get Skyline stuff no prob so it should be the same for others. Normal stuff like oil filters, plugs, brake pads and rotor’s are all 300zx so thats easy to come by. Shops to do the work won’t be that hard either b/c it’s just like working on a domestic car here except the steering wheel is on the right. :stuck_out_tongue: Honestly though don’t fret to much over these things b/c they really are’nt as big a deal as you might think.

Skyline - Well if bing decides on a date and it’s for sure a two day thing then yeah I most likely will be able to make it out. With the two kids it’s hard to get a baby sitter for all day and night on a Sunday b/c most have work the next day. So we’d be there for the Sat and come home that night or Sunday morning.

alesserfate and GTChampion - Thanks guys.

shoulda got a gtr man

those gst-t are garbage

Im assuming you must have a GTR?

i hope so. or at least something thats equal MAX status.

Bruce as i told you before, congrats on the new ride bro.

no man i dont drive a gtr

Im assuming you must have a GTR?

Bruce as i told you before, congrats on the new ride bro.[/quote]

what a waste of money.

its same shit as a sr20det 240 except its heavier and everyone winces in disgust when they see that its not a gtr

J-MAC and mahogany

you guys are ruthless. why is a skyline a waste of money?

because you dont like it, suck a nut. nobody cares.
sure the rb20 in stock form isn’t a 11,12,13 second car.

so you have a civic?

www.torontocivics.com

what the fuck are you doing here?

I’m not “hating” I just think the skyline is overrated, and has lost all of its mystique as everyone and thier neighbour is getting one. Welcome to skyline nation.

Good luck with your car Bruce, and enjoy turning left.

I didnt direct my comment towards you scribbs.
I know skylines are “becoming” overrated, but they’re still unique and a very well designed/engineered car for 1990

Alright, it’s about time to ban a couple people from the forum.

Good to see some skylines in our club though, congrats man.

edit: n/m about the banning, good ol’ bing just came through!
