My car is supposed to have 4 cats and it doesnt have any but its got a current inspection sticker. My brother’s truck doesnt have a cat or a muffler and it still has a current sticker.
Its all a matter of knowing who to go to.
Ma’s probably will inspect it. Theyre a bunch of lazy dirtballs and will most likely just put a sticker on it.
Its a 1990… inspection should not be too much of an issue
