it has no cats
Every OBD2 inspection I’ve ever had has overlooked if the car had a cat(s) or not.
I know alot of places dont look but I want to make sure no one will look before I go…

alot of work but. take some old cats.
and cut them in half, then weld some half pipe on each end.
Instal around the exaust with exaust clamps, and the car “appears” to have cats, so it will pass. 
thought you just got yours inspected sans cats 
I may put some on down the line but the car has no sticker on the window at all and I would like to drive it for a bit first
vband flanges with optional test pipe would be a good investment for inspections
