I was checking on some of my on going job sites with my new truck and I figured I would snap a few pics. It is a 2006 deisel with the 310 HP and 605 tq. The job site is a 85,000 square foot K-Mart.

Nice! Hubby had an 03 2500 Duramax HD diesel, traded it in for an 04 ford F350 super duty diesel w/ crew cab. He put a beating on that chevy and it took it like a champ (he’s a flooring contractor lol haulin marble and tile etc) Put a superchip and an intake on it, that thing gained like 150 hp 
Put it in sport mode, and that thing was a monster. Nice purchase.

Sup Brian. The old truck was a 2004 with just under 30,000 miles. I couldn’t pass up the employee discount. New truck for $5 less per month lol. The 04 needed 6 tires, cracked windshield, cruise control didn’t work right and they couldn’t fix it. Brake job was in the near future too.
Now I have new tires, a new warranty and a little more hp and torque :naughty:
This truck seems to ride much nicer too. I had to get white (my second choice) A black truck wasn’t available. I like the white, It;s a nice change.
jinxxycat, those fords are NOT very comphy. OUCH!!! My buddy has one and its is like sitting on a cement block after a few miles. lol I was thinking of doing some kind of after market mod to the new chevy but my car mods will come first lol

LOL Don’t be jealous. I waited all my life to be able to afford one of these trucks. I always wanted a deisel dually. 
My boss got an 05 dually because of the employee discount too. Traded in his 04 on it. The 05 runs WAY better than the 04 did. Just seems to have tons more grunt.

I’ve been driving it around and your right, it does have more grunt. It seems to ride sooo much better than the 04 did too. It’s really comphy for a 1 ton dually :blue:
I can’t wait to see how my boss’ runs after it really gets some miles on it and broken in.

My boss got the leather, dvd player, etc. Makes it nice on long trips, though.
