Dumb statement. That’s like saying all black people are poor, or white people cant jump. All small dogs do not bark. It’s basically how they are raised/trained and their personality. I cant stand barking. He barely barks, and our old dog only barked at people entering the house or other dogs walking by.
Basically the dog is my GF’s. Felt bad after her old one died and we picked this one up.
