They have carbon-ceramic brake rotors, not carbon fiber but close enough.

Accidentally saying carbon fiber brakes instead of carbon brakes seems like a pretty easy mix-up since “carbon” and “fiber” are so commonly used together… :shifty Step off mah boi Leno.
generally Leno knows whats-what and acknowledges that he does not know it all. His garage is nuts though, not only does he have the cars but also original literature, posters, plans and blueprints. I remember him saying that on a few cars he met the engineers.
Of course the flip side is his GM sponsorship that tells him to say stuff cars perform better with cats… or the other one I heard was that tires are so good now you dont need a summer and winter tire… all seaons work perfectly.
