Yes, absolutely all makes will be eligible - only if I get a ride! :wink: NECC members will get priority, however.

We haven’t exactly decided on pricing yet, it will be close to what other clubs charge for this type of event. What it looks like right now is that admission will include lunch (burgers/hotdogs/pop), and possibly other goodies. Again, these details are unconfirmed and we’ll let you know more as we approach the event date. :slight_smile:

The bonus with these events is that people have to pre-register at least one week prior to the event. That means we will have an idea one week ahead of time how many people are serious about coming out.

Just keep in mind with the pricing that we are keeping our racer limit to a lower number to ensure everyone gets runs. The pricing will still be VERY reasonable for a full day of lapping, and I do mean full. We want to get our days going nice and early to maximize time out on the track.

Ok, a few details should be inserted here:

  1. All cars must be pre-registered on a list one week prior to the event.
  2. Late registered cars may not be admitted to the base. The event staff can be provided with a complete list so they know who is coming late - but they reserve the right to refuse entry to those who aren’t properly pre-registered.
  3. We have the track from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. If everyone gets their ass in gear and we tech and do the driver’s meeting by 9AM, that means 8 full hours of hotlapping goodness.
  4. The pricing is going to INCLUDE food and drink. So yes, it might be slightly higher than the RX-7 guys, but they sure as hell don’t feed your ass. :slight_smile:
