I’m buying a house and going through the closing process. the bank wants the house to be painted but obviously due to weather its not going to get done right now. the bank wants me to get an estimate from a company and then come up with 1.5 of that to be put in escrow. I am going to paint the house myself in the spring but i still need the estimate. is there any one on here who has a company, works for one, knows somebody who can help. the cheaper the better. thanks
