Need a JDM Drift Car?

In efforts to help the drift scene expand, JDM-IMPORTS.com is offering super low pricing for all Toronto Nissan members who wish to import a car from Japan for drift use. These cars will be at cost + small admin fee for our time.

In order to qualify for the special pricing you must also be a member of a registered drift organization in Canada. This is a limited time offer, and you will never see prices this low. Prices will vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, offer expires March 31st 2007.

Imported cars from Japan; must be 15 years or older. Some potential goodies that could be imported are…

These cars are 100% street legal in Ontario and can be insured based on the appraisal value (19a policy).

The benefits of getting these cars are that they are J-Spec, usually come with expensive mods already done, and are virtually rust free.

Thanks!

Wow, amazing deal! Definatley a good thing for a novice looking to really get into the drift scene IMO.

:AYeah! I want to see Ontario become a hotspot for drifing… can’t let the West coast have all the fun!

Ontario is broke because of insurance rates!

thanks for leaving off the best drift cars mitch

:{ If you are referring to the S14/S15, no I didn’t forget them! LOL!

I wish we could import them, however we are restricted to cars 15 years or older… Max import year coming is 1992.

nope

what car is the one behind the s15? Give you a hint, it’s superautobac’s sponsored.

Can’t figure it out? Give you a hint, it’s got a sister model which is quite popular aswell.

200SX? No matter… We’ll get you any car you need… But I still think the BEST drift car is the Silvia S14/S15…

cefiro/laurel.

it’s surprising how popular they actually are, it really strikes me as odd how they haven’t taken off in north America as an import yet.

And the reason i said 2 of the best is because the longer chassis of the cefiro and laurel, coupled with the hybrid s-chassis/r32 chassis makes it very predictable, stiffer than a s13, and driver friendly.

No discounts on a Pulsar?? BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Oh well, won’t get one till the spring anyway

Just out of curiousity Mitch but is there a certain price limit or what not that applys for this discount or is it on any price car (in the list of course) the customer wants?

No price limit… but I’m trying to limit this to cars that guys will be using for drift racing…

If I can get a bunch of orders all at once, I can ship it via container and save you guys more $$$.

Thanks!
Mitch

I don’t suppose you can give us an idea on what cost is if we wanted to figure it out looking at your prices on your site?

This is a great offer, regardless! Makes me want to find $20,000 in couch money (I WANT THAT FD!). :F

Here’s a rough estimate of the special pricing… I’m assuming you wouldn’t buy a mint car for drifting… This price is to get the car to Toronto, buyer is responsible for all additional costs and any repairs. Normally we take care of everything for the customer, including repairs, hence the disparity in pricing.

Mazda FD3s’ Type R - $8000 - $12,000
Mazda FC3s’ - $6000 - $10,000
180/Silvia SR20’s - $6000 - $10,000
Aristo 2JZ TT - $6000 - $10,000
Skyline GTS/GTR - $6000 - $15,000
Laurel/Cefiro - - $6000 - $8,000
AE86 - $8000-$15,000 - They are expensive…
