I have court in East Aurora on Wednesday for an Aggravated unlicensed operation charge that I got last time I was up in Buffalo. I cant make an appearance myself so I need to hire a lawyer to do it for me. Anyone know of a traffic lawyer that could possibly fit this into their schedule, and for <$500?

Cant not show because I had to post bail. I Contacted some lawyers and their prices were $500-750 for 1 appearance and another $500-750 for the second “if needed”. Ive taken care of this same charge on my own before and know it can be taken care of in one appearance. It makes more sense for me to just fly up tomorrow and leave on Thursday. $182 flying Northwest via travelocity :tup:
you dont need a lawyer for the first appearance. Go there, talk to the DA and say you would like more time to secure a lawyer. They will give you a new date and you will get a feel of how serious shit is and what they expect of you.
