any recomendations. iam piss poor and am tottally fucked. i just got 63 in a 50 following to close unsafe lane change and not using a turn signal. b4 anyone starts talking shit. i was driving and speeding yes 63 in a 50 so was the 3 cars ahead of me well some one was making a left hand turn I WOULD OF 100 PERCENT NOT MADE THE STOP so i swerved to the right lane and from there on i got owned. i dunno what to do i cant afford to lose my license or for my insurance ot go up due to alot of points. so if anyone has a lawyer they reccomend please let me know. this happend in wheatfield.

yea about that. iam more concernd with points then anything. i drive 52 miles to work (there and back) i cant risk driving with a suspended license

well if thats the case, dont’ sweat it. let the judge know that you need a restricted license that way you don’t lose your job. A restricted will let you drive to and from work.
the points r going to suspend it if i dont go to court. my goal is not for a restricted and 2 get them down to maybe 4 or 6 iam done with speeding after this.

dude…you seriously have the WORST LUCK EVER when it comes to this shit…
i’ve known you for not that long, and it’s not like i know you terribly well either, but since i’ve known you i’ve heard of these events:
1 - you pick up a street sign by mighty that some idiot knocked over by driving THROUGH a median, put it in your trunk, get pulled over for not having any exhaust, or for missing some of it i forget…and in going to the trunk, where the exhaust parts are, to show the cop what happened to your exhaust and prove it’s not just something you’ve been ignoring, you realize the sign is in the trunk too…DOH
2 - You leave my party, completely sober, the DD for a change, and a very responsible one you were to the best of my knowledge…and the next day i find out that you fell asleep at the wheel or something on the way home, not totaling your new car, but coming like within $100 of totaling it…and now you have something rediculous like $10k into your car, not long after getting it…all in repairs…
3 - now this…
and i’m sure there are plenty of other things i’ve missed out on, if i was stupid, i would think that the jim carrey movie “a series of unfortunate events” is just a biography of your life from the time you got your license to now…

knock on wood… ive had 19 traffic tickets…everyones been reduced… ive paid well over 1000$$ to random towns…but not one point on my liscense…hmm i have court in op for a 25 over…A 19 over and faluire to yeid to cop… shitty huh? that sounds like u should buy a rabbits foot as u havethe worst luck!
7 tickets=1300 in finds all reduced except amherst
all i hope is i dont pay 345 dollars a month for my car and insurance on something i cant legally drive.
