hey, does anybody on here have a VAG scanner for my audi a4? im throwing a evap code and dont have the patience to track it down, but i need to get the car inspected ASAP, or how about a way to test for leaky vacuum lines thats what audiworld seems to think
I always thought evap codes had to do with the gas cap not being tightened enough. :gotme:
contrary to that belief, some cars actually have evap systems
actually some cars do throw codes for the gas cap not tightened all the way
the gas cap is tight, unless its leaking itself, but ive had the same code for a long time now
have a shop smoke test it
