The spa sounds a little to much if you have only been talking for a short time. Flowers and a card are nice and I think that she’ll love it. Puse I dont think that she thinks that you’ll do anything so it will be a nice surprise
day at the spa would be great. a card with flowers would be great too, espically if shes not expecting it. if shes not expecting it, you could go with anything.
