Need help cutting wood (thin MDF) for speaker panels

I’m going to buy some 1/4" MDF to make speaker panels as a favor to my uncle, for his Toyota Camry. In order to fit aftermarket 6.5" speakers (front) and 6x9’s (rear), I need to make a custom panel and put the speaker through the middle, I do not have a jigsaw or anything that can make a clean cut.

Is anyone willing to help me out? I’ll do everything myself and just bring the piece of MDF with a circle traced in the middle to cut out, along with the outer edge.

Thanks very much, I will buy you lunch or bring a dozen donuts or w/e in return.

pssst…offer beer. u’ll get better response
