Need help, Honda electrical problem.

I am so sick of my stupid Civic. Its one problem after another and I though Honda’s are reliable :headbang :angry2 :ninja
So here’s what happened over the last couple of days:
Day 1) I get out in the morning to go to work. Get into my car, crank the car (it starts then dies in 2 sec). After that it would only crank but wouldn’t start.
Same day after work I got Haynes manual out and figured out that my fuel pump isn’t getting any juice. After some more trouble shooting I found a maybe broken relay (as I found out its a usual thing for 92-97 Civic and 94-96 tegs).
Day 2) Found a website that showed how to fix the relay by re soldering the tips and putting new solder on. The car worked fine for a day
Day 3) Same thing all over, no juice to fuel pump so I tried fixing the relay but it didn’t help so I guessed that the relay is busted.
Day 4 TODAY) Went to Keeler honda got a new relay $64+tax got a ride to work (thats where the car died). Put the new relay, the car started up and everything was working fine drove it around (got some fuel).
Day 4 TODAY night) Got out of work go to my car put the key in, dont hear the fuel pump turn on, car doesn’t start. So I stayed in the parking lot had my friend and my Dad come help and bring tools, manual. Worked on the car 8pm-11pm to no avail.

Here’s what we did as of 11PM today:
Checked all the Fuses (cabin, engine)
Checked the Voltage at the relay, it gives me 1.5V but it should be around 12V
Hot wired the fuel pump which works
Tried starting the car with hot wired fuel pump and relay in (car wouldn’t start)

Now I am really pissed and don’t know what to do.
I’ll be working 8-12pm, where I’ll bench test the relay to see if it functions properly. Then I’ll have AAA tow it home, if anybody knows honda electrical you are welcome to stop by. I live at Tall Oaks (same as Vlad) and I"ll be in the parking lot from 12:30 (or whenever AAA brings me there) til I figure whats going on with the damn car.

i think he just might.
we spent five fucking hours taking apart the interior and testing the electrical, with 0 results
i dunno if i have it in me to do the same thing tomorrow

So Mafdark, I followed the instructions til the 5th connection check, and it gives me 1.5V instead of 12V. I cannot figure out why I am getting this and there is nothing else I can test. Any thoughts?

Measure voltage between A7 and A23 terminal

OK well, me my dad and Oleg figured this one out. Prong #5 on the Main relay was only getting 1.5V I checked the connectivity of bunch of wires and found that something was wrong with fuse panel and 12V from ignition were not sent to Prong #5 or ELD relay in the under the hood fuse box. So I just jumped a wire from the fuse at cabin fuse box to the main relay and the car is running.
Here are some pics of what we had to go through. All figuring out and fixing part was done today from 12am-6pm that included removing the whole dash and testing bunch of wires.
