ok, heres the story. this girl and her boyfriend from massachussetts(sp?) were both members on another car forum im on. she sent him some naked pictures before our annual meet in michigan. her boyfriend had to back out last minute due to work, but she still went anyways. while there, she met another guy and cheated on her boyfriend hardcore for the 4 days of our meet. her boyfriend found out and sent the pictures of her to a bunch of the members(including me). well, almost a year goes by and she finds out that me and a bunch of other members have these pictures. now she wants to press charges against her ex. at first, she was going to file for defamation of character, but realized that she wasnt going to win for that. now, she’ll be pressing charges for child porn(apparently she was 2 weeks away from her 18th birthday in two of the pics. dont know if she can prove that or not), copyright infringement (unlikely but possible), and tort of breach of privacy. the question is, does she have a legitimate case? i feel really bad about this, because she found out about the pictures from me. i was talking to her boyfriend about it and he ratted me out. now i feel bad for this poor kid who will have charges against him.
