I want to buy a cheap set of 15’s…I honestly don’t really care what they look like…I keep reading that edgeracing wheels are crap www.edgeracing.com , but that sounds more like opinion rather then fact…they are light and usually cheap…I guess my question is: Do they bend easy? Are there problems with paint peeling, why are they considered such crap?

they are sportmax wheels…sold by edge racing.
someone on here has them on his turbo EG hatch.
edgeracing sells all types of wheels…from higher end names to lower end stuff.
all depends on want you want.
they got Enkei, 5zigen,falken …all the way down to Flik & Raze which is the cheaper stuff.
i always thought they were a decent company with good prices.
& i’ve never heard bad things about the sportmax wheels.
i like the oldschool look of the 002’s & the 501’s
either sportmax 002 in gunmental
or sportmax 501 in gold.
my friend has bought stuff from edge racing about 5 times now and no problems.
I ordered Enkei wheels from edgeracing.com and I have no complaints. Shipping took a while because the wheels were back ordered, but their Customer Service was really good about keeping me updated. Whitey has Sport Max wheels on his 240, I don’t think he has had any problems with them??
I got a really good price on 17s with tires, mounted and balanced, 2nr lugs and all that fun shit for $859 to my front door.
I like the gray.
