id got 20% on the rear window and 35% on the sides. the rear will make the rest of them look darker, while still not being enough of a reason to get hassled

The only reason this is a bad idea is, when a cop comes up
behind you, all they see is the rear. Assuming the rear is tinted dark(20% is dark)
they will pull you over to check side windows.
