Need some garage space

I need to borrow garage space for one day.

I have a 1995 nissan maxima that needs both axles replaced. I need to flush out the tranny fluid as well as engine oil so that I can seal up both oil pans as well.

I have all the tools that are required to do the job and I’ve done it many times.
MANY MANY TIMES.

Please, if anyone can help, the beer is on me.
