Some pictures of it as it has progressed. Sorry about the shit quality of some of these not sure what happened. I don’t have many on my phone, someday I will get around to posting some quality pics of the entire process. My father and I bought it in Tennessee in 2014 from the original owners wife after he had passed away, 186,000 miles on the original 4.3 vortec and 4l60E. The first picture is the day we picked it up. This was our first ever motor swap / vehicle project of any sort and it was a hell of a learning experience for the both of us. Still has lots of work left to go to be “done” but this years goal was to get it running and that is where it stands now. Need to get the tach/oil pressure/fuel gauges working then roll the fenders and then test drive before we really button it all up for good.
