Need someone to cut some large washers out of an aluminum sheet

looking for someone with access to a cnc, laser, water jet, etc that can cut some circles in aluminum. Basically large washers in .09" aluminum.

Any ideas of what business to go, that won’t charge a fortune, are also appreciated.

What sizes specifically?

1st one is 108mm diameter for outside, 21mm for inside hole

2nd one is 137mm diameter for outside with 83mm inside hole

They are for a headlight project I am working on.

Buffalo Waterjet. Do you have material?
How many do you need? I could make them from bar stock if you can wait aboot 10 weeks. lol

if you’re looking to go cheap…a lot of sign shops that engrave those plastic name plates are fully capable of cnc routing aluminum and are meant to do aluminum name plates too. you can have a sign shop do it for dirt cheap. Try calling Wilcro Signs in cheektowaga/williamsville.
