Need someone with LT1 Edit......

My buddy is coming down and needs a few things adjusted. Tire size, remove the governor setting and some other misc crap. Anyone have this program that would be available to do this Saturday? My friend is out of town who was originally going to help me out so…anyone who can come through would be greatly appreciated!!! Oh, btw the car is a 1997 T/A

OBD-II LT1s are difficult. Im sure we could work something out with him to get the software, but not by the weekend. Unlike the 94-95 stuff with unlimited years/cars, the OBD-II stuff is controlled per VIN

His other option would be to swap to an OBD-I computer, and swap back to his old PCM shortly before inspection trips

^^^ Yup - I know someone who did this (me)

is there another program other than this? My friend used another program to work on my car…something that does not lock in the vin…

Reread the part about OBD-I does not lock the vin, OBD-I ended in 95

Okay…my buddy’s car is a 1995 TA…not 1997. OBD1…anyone can assist???

Now you are talkin, no problem. Give me (909-1184) or Paul (553-8445) a call if you want to set something up

Still using MY software and cable that you borrowed and never returned? I would rather do it for free than to see you guys make a buck with my cable & software

This coming from the guy who deleted pm’s so that you could steal work away from Paul.

Tunercat is quite a bit less expensive as LT1_Edit and is just as good, if not better. It has been available for OBD2 for quite while.

LOL, Jason, you misinformed little boy. Did you look in your toybox, see your tuning cable missing and assumed that we have it? Tsk,Tsk, Maybe you could get your mommy to put your name on it, so when you lose it, it can find its’ way back. I bought my own cable and software, and look!, it has MY name on it. I would let you borrow it, but MY mom says no, because you are a fuckstick.

Since we are a legitimate business, we have to charge a fair rate for our services ( you know, because of things like overhead, payroll, and even a little profit,… come to think of it , maybe you don’t know). Since you are still learning how to use your etch-a sketch, it’s ok to practice on other’s cars for free…lol

Marcus–Paul (nytrus1) tuned my car. He has quite the library of tunes for LT1 cars, they’ll hook you up.
