Anyone ever go to a collection agency after a court case? Someone I know has won a court case and Is Looking to collect on the judgement. It’s not as simple as winning the court case and then you have money in your account unfortunately. You must collect on your own. I’m wondering if anyone works for a Post-judgment Debt Collection agency, or can recomend one.

Most places are gonna want you to pay 30% or 50%. Remeber not to pay ANyone unless the have your money. Otherwise its worthless BS. No one can Promise you that they can get it for you. I dont care who they are. So be carefull who ya get!
