Driving on a suspended lisence. Im sure the cops in Lancaster knew what his car looks like(there are only two blue ones in lancaster if im not mistaken) buy the dummy drove anyway. i heard the reasons as to why, just cant recal them at the moment.
he got pulled over for a suspended license. ive known this kid since we were 3 years old. he didnt know his license was suspended cause it was from a ticket from a year and a half ago from an unpaid fine. im the one who actually picked his car up from the impound lot the next day. also the first street racing incident he got into he wasnt even racing, and i would know seeings i got puleed over with him and 3 other cars at the same time. all that happened that time was we all took a turn and and accelerated a little fast but no one even broke the speed limit. but lancaster cops are a**holes and always look for a reason to pull people over.
lol I always thought a cops job was to find reasons to pull people over? its called breaking the law maybe? Maybe someone should learn to drive and they wouldnt get pulled over. Dont blame retarded driving on the cops. Theyre doing their job.

Have you never gone to switch lanes, then while beginning to pull over had a car honk at you because they were a car and a half back in the other lane and in you “blind spot”? Its called a blind spot for a reason. I have raced before on the street and on the track. Every time if I was in front of the car I was racing I had no idea as to the car’s where abouts until the race was over, when I let off, then looked back to reference where the other car was. Its not hard to imagine how he didn’t notice the other car crashing since it was behind him. Most people don’t race while looking in their rear view mirror, especailly while doing in on a busy streets with a ton of parking lots for people to turn out of. I have a hard enough time trying to view my tach while racing let alone watching the where abouts od the car behind me.
The problem for Mejak is that Mark died that night. Had he lived and Mel alone died he would have been the one facing all the charges and Mejak would have got his speeding, street racign tickets and proly reckless driving and that’s it. It wasn’t his decision that led to the theur death. It was Mark’s. But in America you can’t try dead people and because of that Mejak was the sacrifical lamb.

He probably would have been blamed (sued like that girl in California LOL) for their deaths if he pulled them out and then what? Lay them on the ground so everyone can see their dead bodies? I feel bad for him, Yea if he knew the mustang crashed he should have at least gone and stopped their and wait for police, But could he really do anything? I don’t think so, plus I would be scared shitless if the car I was racing just crashed and with a million things running through my mind. If I saw the crash I would have stopped but if I had not, I would just keep cruising like I always do. Ugh, I can relate to this kid way too much, He just raced the wrong person at the wrong time.
