Ok, I have installed, reinstalled, rebooted, removed files from the registry and this keeps happening…
I ahve two burners, one usb, the other ide. Same fucking error. Any thoughts?

turn the burn speed down to 2x and try that …
i was gonna say the same thing
my burner kept eating disks, till i turned down the burn speed
crap discs for sure… try turning the speed down

It looks like whatever you are burning is too big for the disc.
