Couple reasons…
#1 - I didn’t want the 2.7T b/c of the turbos. Those cars never run 100%, and if a turbo goes it’s big money and a PITA to change them. Also, with a 2.7T, I would want to mod the hell out of it, and that is not my idea for a daily.
#2 - Manuals are great, but being able to drive and drink a coffee, chill at a light or on a hill with out issue, or have an easier time in stop/go traffic is totally worth it. The car has enough stock hp to have fun.
#3 - I love the factory wide wheel arches compared to the 2.7T.
#4 - I got it for a fantastic price. Top of the line for that Year, for less than a base model 2.8 v6.
