yeah that was a big selling point. the last place we had was bigger, and had a better view, but it was 30 year old, the appliances, linoleum, carpet, drywall, trim, etc was REALLY showing it’s age. Pretty much everything in this place is like brand new. :bowdown:
renting son. the market is DYING down there. gonna let it crash and burn before I even think about buying. the owner said that the last few units to be purchased went for over $500,000. I wouldn’t pay a nickel over $300,000.
