I’m pretty sure it’s a Malaysian flick… I remember seeing trailers of KL Drift (I’m guessing KL stands for Kuala Lampur) last year when I was there. If you read the comments, they mention Proton, I guess you can call it the Malaysian state car… made there, no taxes like imports so the streets are full of them.

On a side note, they’re pretty heavy in the tuner scene too… A lot of done up cars, and they have a shit load of mountain roads too.

Yeah man, Malaysia has a very legit scene. I remember playing Live For Speed with a few guys back in the Yashio Factory days. Now they got D1.
