I got the same charge last year.
No points. All i had was like a beer, I blew way under the limit just got this 125$ ticket.

Law is pretty silly, but then again… I’m glad I’m not under 21. Not that I drink and drive anyways, just easier knowing I can drink a beer or two and not get a ticket later.
I just dont see how 1 beer is going to make a difference. Unless your like 95 pounds then I can see the hazard, but then you would be over the .05 limit anyways. Why do people over the age of 21 have the right to drink 1-2 beers and not others? It just doesn’t make any sense to me. They are just as likely to get into a car crash after 1-2 beers then the next guy =/
Everone is different, you should test how your body metabolises alcohol… A 95lb person could very well drink 1 - 2 beers more than you and have a lower blood alcohol limit.
New drivers suck. If you’re under 21, you’re a new driver and you suck.

and when god forbid an accident happens that involves someone under 21 drinking and driving we all get furious as to when the government will step in
