New Era Performance G8 OTR CAI

Haven’t posted this yet on here, I think the 1st protype was testing on the shop G8 in August. But here in the info on the G8 GT “OTR” Over The Radiator intakes. Every one in hand made right here Rochester NY :tup: Nick hand TIG ever one, fitting them in the jigs. Used on the shop G8 witch is the fastest NA G8GT, and should be next year too.

Bolt on 16 rwhp without a tune!!! Currently the only over the radiator intake available made in the US for your G8 . This intake makes 5-7 more rwhp than our other intake , or any other side style intake for that matter! The air box is constructed from 5052 aluminum and powdercoated black chrome and utilizes a K&N air filter , featuring 4 ply heavy duty high temperature silicone couplers and t304 stainless steel liner clamps .

aaron, that pic was like 2mins, after getting the powercoat batch in the shop. Just changed it from the raw one at the time, didn’t plug the maf in yet for the pic.

Thanks, ya I wanted to do a clear finish. Think its a sin to dark PG over them that hides the detail. But the average joe doesn’t care about fab. porn.

I was hard to keep them in stock at 1st with all the RnD legwork, but its down to a system now.

You should, heres my car when it, when it had the same mods you have now I believe. Then retunes are $100 as you add mods. I didn’t have to pay for them, but really happy my car has alway been tuned and running so good from when it was stock, to current mods.

Its the smaller New era cam, (ed curtis) that works with the DOD still. I believe it was 404whp last fall.
