We should be getting the Honda Fit/Jazz over here within the next 18 months… this is the platform the rumored-new CRX is supposed to be based upon…
Here’s the Mugen Fit: Dynamite concept… a car about the size of a Chevy Aveo with a K20A… the American Fit will have either an L-series 1.3L or an L-series 1.5L engine.

since when is a k20a a type rrrrr motor
isnt the k20a in the ITR, the k20a2 is in the type s rsx, and the k20a3 in the civic si and base rsx?

yea the old ITR does, the new integra in japan that is the rsx here has the k20 that makes something like 220hp.

Yeah, the K20A ITR motor has 220hp and 158ft/lbs of torque. The Type S guys are making that much horepower at the wheels with I/H/E and a Hondata reflash.
A new CRX would be cool. They would have to put some sort of K series engine in it. Even the base RSX/Civic Si engine would be nice.

Yeah, it definitely has a nice look to it. I hope they go through with it. There were some photoshopped pic’s of what it might look like on Honda-Tech. I’ll see if I can find them.

i guess i didnt clearify what i was saying, the ITR in japan makes 220hp k20a(which is the same car as the RSX but they didnt change the name in japan like they did here) then the type-s is is 200hp k20a2 and the base is 160hp k20a3 like the new civic SI.

That new car looks almost like a 4 door Si. If it comes in a 2 door version it would look like an Si with a full wide body kit. Not too shabby lookin. I’d whip one around to the super market.
And whoever said a k20a3 would be nice has their sites set too low. The half assed VTEC is stupid in my opinion. They should of went all out.
