Whats going on guys, I’ve been a long time viewer but never registered. Well our fellow member Reckone finally persuaded me to join so here i am.
I own the 93 crazy taxi yellow EG hatch most of your guys are familiar with as well as a type R yellow gsr Del Sol. Currently the EG hatch has a d16 but i have a b18b i have sitting in my garage which i plans to drop in. Anyway I look forward to contributing to forum and hanging with my fellow car enthusiast. :smile

love the sol.

and Welcome :banana

Thanks much ;D

always wanted a japan sol? i think thats what it is. where the targa is electric or w/e.

plans for the cars? such as turbo… blah blah blah.

or 2 nice DD’s

I’ve seen the Sol at HVCC, not a fan of the tails, but it looks pretty clean.

Well As far as plans go, I’ll probably unload the EG hatch before winter if i can’t find the space to store. The sol will be in the garage taking up one side, i don’t know if i both can fit along with all the other shit i have.
Anyway I want to turbo the Sol, but maybe next season funds are a little low hahah.

Here’s a quick run down of the mods on the sol and hatch
ASR rear tie bar/ sway bar
1998 GSR motor . Cold air intake,
stainless steel 4 into 1 header,
Custom 2.5 inch high flow cat back exhaust.
Type R valve cover.
Ingalls engine stabilizer
Innovative Race motor mounts
Fluidyne Radiator
Mugen Front Strut Tower Bar
Exedy stage 2 clutch
stage 2 pressure plate.
Short shifter
Tokico fully adjustable coil overs
16 inch ROTA slipstreams
JDM 1 peice headlights
JDM front bumper. Carbon fiber hood
Sparco steering wheel.
Netami 4 point racing harnesses
custom harness bar

The hatch
75k D16
Skunk 2 shocks
type R front lip
Full Integra interior swap
Apexi mid pipe
4 to 1 headers
JDM fenders with side markers
and some other shit haha

Welcome to the site man! site mods you have done :nod

nice starting platforms! what are your plans?

i know eric is :bowdown to honda stuff. but PM mafdark about the sol. you seen his?

I hate crazy end conversions, but the Delsol actually pulls it off well :thumb

Plus I’m feeling the yellow scheme on both, not many people even mess with it, but you make it work :wow

Edit : Welcome!

Welcome! Seen the Del Sol at HVCC as well when i was on my lunch break from work…It’s real clean, but i’m not too much of a fan…great work though for sure!!

Different strokes for different folks but that is not clean.

Rays car is “clean”.
Jays05 STI is “clean”
Justin’s STI/EVO and every car he has ever owned was clean (However, I heard some nutty Suzuki Aero story? :nuts :tong )

Thanks for all the positive comments, If i do in fact keep the hatch I’m going to repaint it that same crazy taxi yellow and move from there. The Sol as mentioned above, I want to boost but funds are a little low. I think the Sol pulls off the conversion quite well, I will admit some of the lines do not match up, but it is an absolute joy to drive, it has individuality, and for me that outweighs any aesthetic flaw :smile

I look forward to seeing you guys around

is your name Jihad? for real

Nice post.

Please do not take my comments as harsh. Just questioning some people’s definition of the word.

I love your avatar :lol

clean= well executed… what is done looks like it is done right

Yup, Jihad it is. Most of my friends call me J. So feel free to call me that ;D

No worries dude, I appreciate it. It’s constructive, dirt wise it’s clean without a doubt. Conversion wise it could be better. Honest constructive criticism builds towards perfection. Thanks for being honest. :nod

exactly what I was thinking…

thats a new one, i know many people of middle eastern decent and havent met a jihad.
