They know what they’re talking about over there. I would sit down with them and come up with a plan for the car.

You can get one for much cheaper and put it in yourself.
No a tough job if you have patience.

i was gonna, but im 17 and poor… lol

im full time at ACC and i have a shitty full time job working at BJ’s (feel free to take low blows w/ that one, no pun intended) so im semi-poor

ask ryan, i cant even afford his w7 for 200… lol…

i was gonna do little by little… the day i bought the car i went over there and talked to them

for good coilovers TEIN ones are just 1300 uninstalled, and a borla exhaust for my car is 720 uninstalled… my car is a pit

just to get my system installed was 400 just for labor because i have 3 factory amps they had to bypass… lol :headbang

oh and once i get my coilovers and some sways, i plan to do a lil autocross =]

start learing to work on your car or you will be broke…esp with the audi

No offense dude, but the way you’re wording your posts it sounds like you don’t do much of your own work. There’s a lot of people on here that know their shit (aka not me :lol) that wouldn’t mind helping you out for less than you’d pay at a shop and you’d learn from them rather than drop your car off and pick it up the next day. Know what I mean? Like there’s some audio geniuses on here and some motor geniuses, just ask ;D

oh trust me, i am an audio king, lol
i just didnt want to screw w/ my audi, plus to be honest, i didnt have 4 hous to bypass 3 amps and drill holes in my fire wall

i literally work 7 hrs a day and go to school 4 hrs a day 7 days a week, between that and sleep i have no time… lol

i used to work on my own cars when i had a neon and a civic, but an audi, meh, i dont feel like fucking my car up, lol

ill leave it to the insured pros mayne :giggedy

are they hard to work on?

i tried doing a remote starter in my car and just siad fuck it…
EW in toga couldnt even fuck w/ it…
its a ballsy ass car

and it breaks alot

first month i had it oil feed return lines and 2 coilpacks went =/

in that case let me know when you need anything done on your audi and ill do it for cheap, i also own a b5 and have been through it all

They sure arent the easiest!!

Yeh it breaks a lot becuase its a 1.8t, my b5 is a 2.8, owned it 2 years never had one CEL or problem

where are you located?
what would you charge?
and do you have any exhaust or coilovers? lol

dont get me wrong though, i love the car, its the funnest one ive ever owned…

just my damn passenger side lower door pannel keeps falling the fuckoff

Doesnt nick have an exhaust that would work with that car chris??

And these guys bust my balls about my domestic interior :lol

im in colonie, and dont have coilovers or exhaust, ive got stock struts, springs, and exhaust in the garage though :lol

Not my philosophy about having other people do your work, but I understand where you’re coming from.

And I would highly recommend doing your first few auto x’s on the stock suspension. It will be more forgiving and you’ll learn more from it. I did my first two stock and my second two with springs/shocks and it’s easier to learn car control on the stock suspension than the modified one. Just my $.02 ;D

i WANT that car in your sig!! :banana

Is autox really that fun, idk it just never looked appealing to me. Might be one of those things you actually have to do to appreciate…

well hopefully you can take it for a ride in a few months :ninja
