hey u should think of doing the 2.4 stroker on the rb20 its relatively cheap stroker using the rb26 crank and connecting rods, but the pistons have to be custom…
there is a rb2.4ltr in japan with a HKS GT3240 running 10.2…lol
Sweet. When you take the motor out you should repaint it Yashio Factory pink. Who’s with me?

No Mark, you’re just trying to attack me because I called you an idiot for drifting on the street in a completely unrelated thread. You know that I am right, so you are trying to hurt me personally by insulting my car. You really are a sad person.
I think this link may be of some assistance to you: http://www.selfesteem4women.com/
on the other hand she’ll be THE ONLY one with those sweet colors, it’ll be tough to keep it clean tho
The motor is in after hours of screwing around with it trying to get it in the mounts. We have less then 30 minutes of work but are held up on injector clips apex must have broke 2 cause they were missing so we are waiting on this until wed.
As for painting the engine PINK I wanted to plus the car lol. But I heard there is a girl with a pink civic in Edmonton so I dont wanna cramp her pink style.
I am really thinking about the 2.4 kit silverstone is searching parts and prices for me right now but I am now unsure if I really want to go through this again in a couple months I might leave my car like this until next winter.
I know it is crazy late …but yeah …
lol, totally forgot about those guyz. I tink thats what i’ll do, paint my car Blue with a Smurffet theme all around. Interior,Exterior,Engine Bay, Trunk. P~I~M~P

~off topid~ (reffering to locked thread)
i jsut love how people make take the time, to make a thread and wine about what someone else did, no matter what the case was, and then everyone else chimes in with there comments what ever they may be, the people who make these winning bitch threads are the people that grow up to be old cunts, and phone the police if the neighbours dog is barking, like really say if i saw a truck run a red light, im not gonna come on necc and be like OMG OMG OMG i saw a nissan run a red who was it? give it up already, dont turn this into beyond where you have a new thread about someones drving 3 times every hour.
now on topic
i cant say i like the blue per say but it is better then looking at a stock engine, but like mark said
RB20---->RB23/24 FTW
IMO Built RB20 > RB24/RB25
i guess it depends on what you want… if you want mad torque down low, then stroker is great… but on the other hand a built 2 litre will rev the piss out of a stroker without breaking cranks all the time, and make lots of power in the top end, which is where the tach needle spends most of its time when you’re full out…
anyone with me on this? :drinkers:
Nice writing style.
I you can read this, thank a teacher. If you can read that ^^^^ you’ve got more patience than I do.
Dan
It started lastnight on the first try… But the new gasket silverstone made me for $300 bucks doesnt work…
pls dont go there…go see nguyen at atuodream
I did get my first gasket from autodream and it was suppose to be overnight shipping and it took 4 days to get it then APEX didnt tighten the manifold and it screwed up the gasket. I called auto dream first and they said they didnt have any and that they wouldnt for atleast a week or 2 so that was why I had to go there. I HATE SKYLINES!!!(for now )
hehehe… thats why doing the work on your car yourself insures that if something is screwed up its probably your own fault, and you can’t get pissed at anyone else
If I knew how to make the exhaust manifold gasket and had the material I would have. Things like that you have to buy or get done pretty much. And me and NLR have done everything since the Apex experience. The only thing wrong now is a fuel leak. It seems to never end in this car… 1 day has now turned into 3 weeks… Apex FUCT this car up. As we started taking it apart and pulling the engine we found SO MANY things apex did wrong or didnt do at all. Missing injector clips, missing bolts, screwed up pipes, messed up lines, exhaust leaks ect ect ect. I will NEVER go to a shop again. LESSON LEARNT. As of right now it looks like NO scc for me.
lol thats interesting… apex seems like a fine place to… dyno! :finga:
dyno thats about all. I have no reason or desire to sit here on a forum and argue about what a shop did to my car. I have seen it, 3 licensed mechanics have seen it and about 20 other people NLR members and 780 members no one can believe the shit they did to this car. However I do have lots of pics for evidence seeing as though this might have to go to court still waiting on Travis to email me back.
IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT
DO IT
YOURSELF … just because you pay someone to do something doesnt mean it is going to be DONE or DONE RIGHT …
people complain about “time” and “means” and “tools” and again with “time”
but at least take the time to research the places you take it to if ANYTHING
tuner cars are great because of the satisfaction of doing some things yourself … not at all when it is re-doing something
X 2000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000. NO ONE WILL EVER DO THE WORK EXACTLY HOW YOU WOULD DO TO YOUR OWN CAR. Now stop your whinning, im sure there are 10X more people that are satisfied with the customer service they received at APEX.
