There is a night and day difference between track conditions from Tuesday to Wednesday at DTRP. To say they don’t prep at all is a bit ignorant, and leads me to believe you think the track is the same as when they have 1000 shitty cars leaking water/coolant/lubricants down the track.
On Tuesday night, its more of a driver issue than a track issue.
No, NYIRP is awesome prep, tuesdays is shit prep and the track officals admit it, wednesdays might as well be a fucking dirt road for traction. The only night Lancaster comes close to NYIPR is on Fridays. Lancaster’s top of the line prep job on Friday’s for the big boys is an equal job to what NYIRP does on their Friday night test adn tunes.

Yes the track is prepped on Tuesdays, I was there yesterday. As far as Wednesdays go NO the track is not prepped, it is ONLY for grugde races. Any questions you should call the track.
ok how much is it to run in the non quick 32 program. i read thats its $40 for the quick 32. i refuse to pay that much so is there another fee for non quick 32 cars?
$20 is the normal tuesday price extra for the quick 32 with payout.

my best 60 foot at lancaster was 1.02 and nyirp was only a 1.09 same tune and car would skate from 330 on at nyirp. nyirp sucks all year around its only good for first couple weeks

Im not gonna bitch about the prep. ive been spoiled by lebanon valley for 2 years and that tracks awesome. but tuesdays could still be better. i watched tim lose his ride at the 330 ft mark at DTRP cuz the track was oiled down by some slob in his home made abortion. the tech guys are great fellas, but they let too much junk go down the track. anyone that has been there can attest to that.
20 bucks is already too much for a tues T&T. but i still support my local track and have been doing so for 20 years. i wont do the $40 thing. its a novel idea and i hope it works for ya.
The Quick 32 works for me, some big time cars come out put down good rubber, makes me run better, and keeps the tuesday shows going. Even with the Quick 32 going i skip rounds because i dont want to put to many passes on my car in a night.
Quick 32 went very well yeasterday, there wasn’t 32 cars But its growing and the payout was good to.
Glad to hear this. When I took the Allroad up there a couple of Tuesdays ago, it was with the intent to time trial, and try to run a few bracket rounds. The elapsed time between my 3rd and 4th time trial was 2:10, and I went home.
